Meet the Staff
Dr. Tatiana Foroud
Dr. Tatiana Foroud is the principal investigator for the NCRAD study. She works closely with the NIH to ensure that the specific aims and goals of the NCRAD project are met. She is responsible for the oversight of the NCRAD study from the participation of families all the way to the use of samples by researchers. Dr. Foroud is the P. Michael Conneally Professor of Medical and Molecular Genetics and the Director of the Division of Hereditary Genomics at Indiana University.
Kelley Faber, MS, CCRC
Kelley Faber, MS, CCRC has been with NCRAD since June 2006 and serves as the research manager for the repository. Kelley monitors clinical data and biological specimens for all studies banked in NCRAD. She also completes NIH reporting and works closely with the investigators requesting samples for their research.

Jan Hamer, BS
Jan Hamer, BS has been with NCRAD since 2015. She graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Biology and Neuroscience. Jan serves as a research coordinator and her duties include sample accessioning, family follow-up mailings, medical history questionnaire mailings and data validation.

Kelly Horner has been with NCRAD since 2002 and the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics since 1990. Kelly serves as a research coordinator for the repository and her roles include autopsy planning, cognitive testing, sample accessioning and maintaining contact with NCRAD participants. She also organizes the newsletter.

Madeline Potter, BA
Madeline Potter, BA has been with the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics since January of 2015 and is a newcomer to NCRAD. Madeline serves as a research coordinator and her duties include data validation, regulatory documentation, publication tracking and sample requests. She also helps complete annual chart reviews.

Kristi Wilmes, MS
Kristi Wilmes, MS is a newcomer to NCRAD and has been with the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics since 2015. Kristi has a Master of Science in Clinical Research Administration. Her duties include coordinating studies within NCRAD, data validation and working with study sites to ensure efficiency.

Kaci Lacy, BS
Kaci Lacy, BS is a newcomer to the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics. She graduated from Indiana University in 2013 with a BS in Biology. Kaci is a research coordinator and her duties include sample accessioning, preparing sample kits, and data validation.
